Screenshot of Ewon device's web interface

The Ewon IO server is used to interface with the Ewon devices Inputs and Outputs.

The Ewon IO server setup screen allows you to adapt the parameters for certain monitoring features.

Counter Parameters

You can configure the Ewon device to count pulses from its digital inputs.

MinInterval

Defines the pulse lengths that the Ewon device will accept. Pulses shorter than this minimum will be ignored.

MaxInterval

Defines the pulse lengths that the Ewon device will accept. Pulses longer than this maximum will be ignored.

ReverseCount

Set the ReverseCount field to 1 if the signal on the Ewon input is normally high and goes low when a pulse occurs.

Energy

To activate the energy support feature of the Ewon IO server, set the Energy parameter to 1.

After saving and refreshing the screen, the other energy support parameters will appear with their default values.

RefTime

Use the RefTime to define a new reference time to compute interval. Leaving this field empty will leave the reference time at 1/1/1970 00:00.

Enter the date and time in the format dd/mm/yyyy HH:MM:ss.

IntTime

Holds the integration time in minutes.

IntTolS

The tolerance of the integration time in seconds.

SyncIO

If an input will be used to trigger a clock synchronization, enter the IO number for the SyncIO parameter.

Synchronization is based on the counter input associated with this digital input. A value of 0 means no sychro available.

SyncToIS

Defines the tolerance for accepting the synchronization pulse in seconds.

If the synchronization pulse arrives outside of the interval, the pulse is rejected.

More information about these parameters and the Ewon IO server tags can be found in the RG-0007-00 - IO Servers is available here.
