The Scheduled Actions page shows the status of different outgoing actions such SMTP events, NTP synchronization request, and FTP events.

Only the last 20 scheduled and executed actions are maintained by the Flexy. If more than 20 scheduled actions are added to the scheduled actions queue, the error 20105 - Pla-Queue error (Rd/Wr) will appear in the Event Log.

The scheduled actions queue is cleared on reboot.

By default, events are presented based on their Action ID. You can sort on any field to present them in a different arrangement.

Display Filters

The Filter field is a free text filter to limit which entries are displayed.

All six columns are taken into consideration.

Display Fields

Each entry in the scheduled action table includes the following fields:

Action ID

An index for this event.

Action Type

The type of action such as NTP Synchro, FTP Put, or Send Mail.

Status code

The code of the result.

Results include: 0 (success), -1 (in progress), or a value greater than 0 which indicates an error.

Status text

A description of the result.

Each status code refers to a status description.

Start time

The date and time the action started.

End time

The date and time the action ended. If the action is still in progress, this field will display “01/01/1970 00:00:00”.
