If your network uses a proxy server, use the dropdown menu to select the authentication method for your proxy server. Then specify the proxy server’s IP address, port, and any user credentials if required.

The Ewon device can connect to Talk2M in two different ways: over UDP or over TCP.

In some rare cases when your Ewon device is having difficulty connecting to Talk2M or maintaining a connection to Talk2M, your support representative will suggest forcing the connection to use TCP by checking the Force to TCP box in the Advanced parameters section.
