Whitelist the backup server as it will be used in case we must switch the Ewon devices because of a "primary" server failure. Backup servers in USA, Europe and China are the other servers within the same region list.

Alternative way to get the last Endpoints IP addresses for Computers & Tablets
To get the latest IP list for our Ecatcher servers, run a Command Prompt on your computer, and execute a DNS lookup (nslookup) request for the domain name: client-whitelist.talk2m.com.
You will get the latest IP list of all current Ecatcher servers.
Migration to new VPN Endpoints for Ecatcher & Ecatcher Mobile (Fall 2024)
In the next few months we will migrate our Talk2m VPN infrastructure to new IP endpoints. This will be a staged transition and will start at the 08th of October 2024.
While this upgrade will enhance performance and security, it also comes with some changes that might impact some devices and Ecatcher usage.
Caution
To avoid any downtime or issues while remote accessing your devices, please make sure to update your firewall records and include the below IPs to the whitelist. Failure to adjust firewall records during this transition could lead to the disconnection of your devices.
During the migration, the old endpoint IPs will be replaced with the new ones, one by one.

Note the following if you're having doubts about to do:
There is nothing to do on your Ewon Devices, Computers or tablets/smartphones.
The switch to our new VPN Endpoints (IP Addresses) is done automatically.
No need for firmware updates (even our legacy devices will automatically switch to our new VPN Endpoints).
Make sure your firewall allows our new VPN Endpoints (IP Addresses) and doesn't block them.
Tip
Recommendations for Internet access rules:
For outbound connections on port TCP 443 (HTTPS), our customers should whitelist the entire Talk2m domain (hostname: *.talk2m.com).
This will ensure that services remain uninterrupted in the event of maintenance or load balancing. We also suggest whitelisting the Talk2m domain for outbound connections on port UDP 1194.
