What is included in Talk2m light ?
The features included in the Talk2m light plan correspond to the needs of most Talk2m industrial cloud users:
Unlimited number of devices and users
2 concurrent VPN connections
Max. 5GB VPN traffic/month
Max. 7 million datapoints of datamailbox/month
Service Level Agreement
It is not possible to exceed the limits imposed in the Talk2m light plan.
This plan only allows allows a VPN traffic usage of 3 GB per month and an upload of 5 million datapoints per month to the Talk2m datamailbox.
Once these limits have been reached, the account is capped until the end of the current month.
This means that the following actions are no longer possible:
Connect to a device in Ecatcher
Access a device on m2web or Ecatcher Mobile
Upload new data to the Talk2m datamailbox service
An email and the Ecatcher banner notification is sent to all Talk2m account administrators when the account reaches 80% and 100% of the limit (VPN usage or datamailbox usage).
Tip
If you’re approaching this limit, or even reaching it regularly, it's probably a good idea to opt for a Talk2m pro.
With Talk2m pro, not only will you have more leeway when it comes to data transfers, but you'll also benefit from a strong Service Level Agreement and key features such as more concurrent connections, advanced access control, fine-grained security, offline notifications and unlimited web portal (M2web), and Ecatcher mobile sessions.
