I have received a warning regarding my VPN / Data usage, what will happen?
The Talk2m free plan allows a VPN traffic usage of 3 GB per month and an upload of 5 million datapoints per month to the Talk2m Datamailbox.
When exceeding the VPN traffic/Data upload limits for the month, the Talk2m account is capped and the following will not be possible until the start of the next month:
Connect to a device in Ecatcher.
Access a device on M2web or Ecatcher Mobile.
Upload new data to the Talk2m DataMailbox service.
To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend that you monitor your VPN traffic and data usage. You will find helpful information on how to do so in this FAQ.

What happens to Talk2m pro accounts if VPN / Data usage exceeds the monthly limit?
The additional traffic on pro accounts is charged on a monthly basis and is automatically deducted from your Talk2m credit balance.
