What is included in Talk2m pro ?
Talk2m pro is the upgraded version of Talk2m free and Talk2m light.
The Talk2m pro plan includes everything of Talk2m free and light but offers additional features:
Service Level Agreement (SLA):
Talk2m pro uses high-end hosting partners and provides an SLA, offering 99.6% uptime and service continuity.
Pools of Devices:
Create group(s) of users with dedicated access to specific Ewon devices. Each group can have a different set of access or account permissions.
Groups of users:
Create groups of devices manageable only by selected group(s) of users.
Firmware Management:
Administrators can allow specific users to remotely manage Ewon Cosy+ devices' firmware and keep them up to date.
Users see immediately if important updates are available, can consult the release notes and launch firmware upgrades on single or multiple devices remotely.
Security:
Defines security configurations such as which groups can access which pool of device or individual device, which protocol(s) can be used by the different groups, what are the account rules (2-Factor authentication and password management) or specific access to Talk2m platform (M2web or Ecatcher).
Other perks:
No VPN traffic and DataMailbox upload limitations (*), lower SMS cost, etc.
