Abstract

Check out this article and learn more details about the i4designer Builds panel and the deployment methods that can be organized in this view.

The i4designer project builds are packages converted into an executable form. The Builds panel displays the complete list of builds processed for one project profile, allowing the user the possibility to publish them to a target environment, using several methods.

Warning

The Builds panel has a limit of a maximum of 10 builds. If more than 10 builds are triggered, the user will receive the following message:

The Builds panel is a table featuring the following columns:

  • The Selection column allows the user to select a listed build.

    By clicking the Select all button, the selection of all listed builds will be enabled, allowing the user to remove them via the Delete function.

  • The Outputcolumn is the actual project package.

  • The Timestamp column indicates the exact date and time when the project package was created.

  • The Download column allows the user the possibility to download the project build for on-premise use.

  • The FTP column allows the user the possibility to trigger the publish over FTP (File Transfer Protocol).

  • The Automatic column allows the user the possibility to publish the project through a direct path, that was defined in advance.

  • The Delete column allows the user the possibility to individually remove obsolete project builds, by clicking the Delete button Delete.jpg . To proceed with the removal of a certain build, the user needs to confirm the deletion operation, in the panel opened at the left side of the screen.
