Alarming

Abstract

This article describes the Alarming Controls of the WEBfactory 2010 SmartEditor application.

The alarming category contains controls designed to facilitate the usage of alarms at run-time. Either for alarm monitoring, acknowledgment or historical alarm analysis, the alarming controls provide a complete range of tools available in our visualization.

The WEBfactory 2010 controls library provides three alarming controls, starting with the simple ones like WFAlarmOnline or WFAlarmStateManager, each having a single specific purpose, and concluding with the powerful WFAlarmViewer, an all-around alarm management tool designed to handle all the possible event handling use cases.
