Activity Analyzer

WEBfactory 2010Activity Analyzer is used to display different levels of logs (from errors to debugging messages) from different diagnostic interfaces and allows a high level of customization. The diagnostic interfaces can be filtered, as well as the level of logging for the selected diagnostic interfaces.
Besides the standard diagnostic interfaces, Activity Analyzer supports custom applications that can be defined by the user.
WEBfactory 2010 system has comprehensive standard diagnostic interfaces that can be analyzed and evaluated by Activity Analyzer.

The user interface consists of a display area, where messages are presented online and a menu area, from where various settings and operations can be accessed.
Option | Description |

Filter | Opens the Filter settings window, allowing you to set up individual filtering for each diagnostic interface. |
Options | Opens the Options window, allowing you to configure the Activity Analyzer itself and the log writer. |
Exit | Closes the program. |

Pause | The issuing of diagnostic messages will be paused. |
Load logs | Loads saved log files. |

The display of diagnostic messages can be adjusted using the Filter settings. The Filter settings can be accessed by using the button or by pressing Ctrl + F on the keyboard. In addition to the standard settings, there are further custom filter settings available.
There are 5 standard filters available, which can be selected by means of a drop-down box and can be separately adapted for each WEBfactory 2010 module. Filter options are activated by clicking on the OK button and can be modified as desired during runtime. When the program is shut down, they are automatically saved.

In the case of the advanced filter settings, the user can set and save combinations of different filter criteria such as i4scada Server “errors only” and i4scada Logger “debugging messages only”.
Expanded filters and standard filters can be put in place at the same time and they have a cumulative effect.

The selected message levels will be displayed as a hexadecimal encoded value in the Message Level column.
Example: Error + warning + info + debug = hex (F).
In the WEBfactory 2010 standard system, only the error, warning, info and debug info levels are active. All other message levels are reserved for future WEBfactory 2010 modules and applications.
The General settings section provides the following options:
